He does tend to be quite grotesque... It takes some pretty off taste to be into the majority of his work. Perverted fanboys and fangirls also tend to enjoy much of it though, with his degree of fan service. Pokemon in particular has been thoroughly covered.
Of course, with much of his Pokemon work, it takes an interest in bestiality to really 'get it.'
